Banana, Orange & Dark Chocolate Loaf
If you haven’t already figured from my instagram stories, I am a touch obsessed with banana bread. On top of that, when I was growing up orange chocolate chip ANYTHING was my go-to treat. Ice-cream, jaffas, muffins, DONE!
I like finding ways of turning traditional treats or flavour combinations and making them suit how I like to eat. I wrote a post awhile ago on the issues I’ve been having with my gut (read blog post here) & I find I feel a lot better when I keep dairy, gluten & sugar out of diet the best I can. So I figured I’d attempt a gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free banana, orange & dark chocolate loaf.
First time lucky – they turned out AMAZINGLY!!!!
